Registrato in California tra Gennaio e Febbraio, il quarto album solista dell'ex Dire Straits sara' pubblicato a Settembre 2004: sara' dunque presto in tournee' Mark Knopfler, dopo l'incidente in cui si ruppe diverse costole? Il 10 Giugno in playback alla televisione spagnola Mark Knopfler ha presentato What It Is e Boom Like That, vera anteprima del nuovo album Shangri-La, atteso per il mese di Settembre: segnali dunque positivi per la mente dei Dire Straits, segnali che fanno ben sperare per una prossima tournee'.


Ricordo che solo l'incidente stradale fece cancellare quei concerti che dovevano passare anche in Italia.



Recorded in California earlier this year, Mark's fourth solo album, entitled Shangri-La, is now finished and will be released in September.

EL XACOBEO PERFORMANCE:
We can now confirm officially that Mark will appear at the Plaza del Obradoiro, Santiago de Compostela, Spain, on June 10th, 2004. The appearance is scheduled to be broadcast on Spanish TVE and Galician TVG on July 25th. The recording will take place from 11 pm onwards. Entrance to the Plaza will be free and closed when the Plaza is full. Mark will be performing What It Is and a new song called Boom Like That. The band personnel will be as follows:
